calculator results? you do realize that a link calculator results only work while going straight, on flat ground? and that a 1 degree varaition in any way totally negate the results right? And seeing how this is a front suspension, I assume you mean anti-dive numbers?

Now if we were building a full tube chassis, and could put everything exactly where we wanted to, not trying to work around a frame, and an engine in the stock location thing's would be different. But you sometimes have to work around what you are given to get the best mix of what the customer want's.

and yes, the upper link is outside the frame rail for many reasons. clearance, packaging, clearance, interferance, etc. to get full bump with the diff tucked up to the frame, and still get header's and a front driveshaft in, the options were limited.

I wasnt trying to piss in your cheerios.
Im well aware of the clearance issues related to linking the front of a 73-87 full size GM.

I was under the impression things like axle steer and anti squat, or in this case anti dive are important factors.

My cheerios still taste link milk

the suspension was test fit & cycled for axle steer before it was commited into place. We feel we got it to the least ammount possible with what we had to work with. But axle steer on a front end is hard to avoid without alot of trianguation to the lower links. but being a steering axle to begin with, it is not as important as it is in a rear suspension.

and in our experiance We've designed and built in excess of 100 link suspension here in the last 11 years. and everyone's idea's of what is, is not a good suspension design are different, and we have come to learn that anti-dive number's are not nearly as important as anti-squat numbers in building a good working suspension system.

well since it looks like the went out of there way to tuck that axle high and tight, im assuming this thing will have some decent/big wheel travel which kidof negates the infulence any of the angles/calculations of the suspension have on antidive.

Awesome build, keep the pic's coming!

What computer and harness are you using for the TPI set-up?

Are you using an internal or external fuel pump?

external frame mounted pump. since we're re-using the stock unmodified tank it was easier, made the washoe county emission's not an issue.

I'll let Joel (RenoK5) chime in on what the injection system is, since it was a part he supplied.

Thanks! We've considered that. The bedsides and fenders will be removable. I'm also considering getting a mold made of the hood or possibly the hood/fenders to have it made in fiberglass. It'd be some cost up front but would make it easy to replace when damaged.

Maybe get an 03-06 front clip grafted onto the blazer, then have it made in fiberglass for easy fixn if ya break it.
